Tom is a distinguished manufacturing and supply chain leader with over 36 years of experience at Honda. As a Senior Vice President of Business Unit Lead, Planning and Strategy, he developed and executed company-wide strategies while leading a 335-person operational team. His expertise spans procurement, cost reduction, operational excellence, and business growth.

As Honda’s purchasing senior vice president, Tom managed a team of 400 employees responsible for $35B in spending across direct materials, indirect materials, and logistics. He played key roles in strategic initiatives, including the GM-Honda Fuel Cell Joint Development project. His experience includes leading Honda of Canada Manufacturing as Executive Vice President, overseeing 5,000 employees and a $1B operating budget while driving operational excellence and strategic growth. Tom is currently a board member for VisTech Manufacturing Solutions.
